We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products.


Cancellation policy

We completely understand that sometimes things come up and can affect your entire schedule. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so that we too can adjust our schedules. Repeat cancellations, including last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows may force us to require a non-refundable deposit prior to booking again.


SHIPPING POLICY

Since covid, shipping rates have increased. Unfortunately, because we are a small business, we do not have a free shipping option yet. Additionally, we do not have control over your package once shipped. Though we provide a tracking number; we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We appreciate your understanding.
